Bloody Sunflower

Red sunflowers are associated with luck and peace and I could use some of that right now.  They also symbolize strength and positivity. Bring it bloody sunflower.  This morning I texted my friend, "My life can be so peaceful it feels like I'm living in a magical forest.  And then the shit hits the fan and there's just so much ridiculous stuff to deal with."  Yep.  I'm there right now.  A construction project we are working has had ongoing problems from delays in shipping to shipping the wrong item to shipping damaged items.  To incompetent people we pay to do things for us only to have them have to constantly redo what is done incorrectly.  "So, that's doesn't look right.  Ummmm, did you measure first?  Oops.  That doesn't seem to fit now.  Why has that guy been over there for four hours under the window?"  Which is OK, part of it all but then when a family member makes me wonder if I'm living on the right planet I wake up with a headache and vow to head to the gym to work out my "feelings" before I might eat and drink too much and maybe even take a spaceship to the moon.   But, thank you Bloody Red Sunflower.  Remind me again about luck, peace and positivity.  Cause it's like you're whispering in the wind.
