Pollinating Bolivia

If you listen closely it sounds like you are in Jurassic Park, amongst the Bolivian Begonias.  Slow-mo bird songs are otherworldly.  

This bee is just doing his morning business, carrying on life, literally.  Check out his fully-loaded back legs.  

In my meditation series we are talking about how to be fully present in your body.  Does this bee even wonder that?  

His life is presence.
