My beloved hummingbird. This is a female. Demure. She almost blends in with her surrounds. Not like her partner who has a red head that shimmers in the sunshine. Showoff. But this girl is fat and happy. Life is a tricky-ass thing sometimes and then there's this! I am in awe with her snowbird migration some 3,500 south. Tiny and tough. I can relate.
